Job DescriptionPerform preventative maintenance on equipment and fixtures to ensure safe, reliable, and predictable operation on regular basis.
Be responsible for solving equipment problems and reducing machine breakdown, analyzing root causes, and provide short-term and long-term solutions.
Participating in equipment capability and production quality continuous improvement project.
Support to maintain equipment management system records such as machine qualification, technical information records, PM schedule and checklist, spare parts management, and fixture management.
Be responsible for facility maintenance-related work, and other related work from supervisors.
Support to drive operations excellence.
QualificationsCollege degree or above, major in mechanical electric engineering, mechanic design / electric automation.3 or more years of work experience in a related work environment.
Basic electrical and pneumatic system understanding is required, PLC automation is preferred.Be familiar with using kinds of hardware tools and have a strong operational ability, fixture-making experience is preferred.
Demonstrated experience in problem-solving / preventive and daily maintenance, TPM experience is preferred.Understand basic Lean / Continuous improvement tools and principles.
